At Thrifted.com, we want you to love your unique finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on most items. If your vintage treasure isn't quite right, simply follow our streamlined process to send it back for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original Thrifted.com tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
